Returns
Sample Policy: For all online perfume orders, we include a free small sample of the fragrance. Please test the sample before opening the full-size perfume box. If you decide the fragrance isn't right for you, you can return the unopened full-size bottle within the 14-day return period free of charge.
No Returns on Opened Perfumes: Once the perfume box is opened, the return policy is void. Please use the provided tester for this reason.
Eligibility: All returns must be in new, unopened condition, with no damage or defects caused by the buyer. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Shipping: We will provide a free label upon approving a return request, from which the customer must securely pack and ship back the item in the original shipping box or whatever is closest. The box must not be much bigger than what was sent to avoid extra charges. The tester can be kept.
